FAQ #1: What Causes Pain?

Acute and chronic pain develops from all types of sources. It can be caused by injuries from accidents, sports, and daily life activities. Pain can appear as a result of surgery. Pain can also appear due to our lifestyle, years of physical or manual labor, an unhealthy lifestyle, obesity, and just doing what we do. Pain is nondiscriminatory and attacks people of all walks of life. And the natural aging process is hard on your bones and joints.

FAQ #2: What types of pain do you treat?

Generally speaking, we can help you manage back, neck, hip, and knee pain. We can also consider managing headache pain.

FAQ #3: What services do you offer to treat pain?

Check out our Treatments page for more specific information. Our three primary tools to pain management are through steroid injections, intrathecal pain pumps, and spinal cord stimulators.

FAQ #4: Do you provide medical management of prescription pain medicine?

No.

FAQ #5: Do I need a referral to see a physician at your office?

We prefer your primary physician send us a referral. It gives us the information we need to decide on your pain management care if we do a consultation.

FAQ #6: What insurances do you accept?

Please call our office to find out if we accept your insurance.

FAQ #7: How long does it take to get an appointment at your office?

On average it will take 2-3 weeks to secure an appointment. Your first appointment will be a consultation only. No treatments or procedures will be done at your first appointment.
