David Simons, D.O. has been participating in the practice of pain management for over 25 years. His methodology of treatment is focused on interventional pain management. This includes the trial of spinal cord stimulators and target drug therapy pumps.

Dr. William West has been interested in pain management since he graduated from medical school. His active education in alternative medicine therapies continues to this day.

William West, D.O. has been participating in the practice of pain management for over 25 years. In addition to interventional pain management, his methods of treatment include acupuncture, frequency specific microcurrent (FSM) , osteopathic manipulation therapy (OMT), and prolotherapy.

Ivan C. Shorter, D.O.

Dr. Shorter became interested in pain management early in his career. For numerous years he has been actively participating in treating acute pain for patients in the hospital setting. He now joins his peers at Pain Specialists of Lancaster and will apply his knowledge in the office practice.

With the onset of the opioid crisis in Pennsylvania, Dr Shorter feels compelled to be a part of the solution to this epidemic. He is passionate about helping patients reduce prescription pain medications and restore their mind and body to a healthier lifestyle.
